Terms of Service

These terms cover playing on the BrawlMC Minecraft server (play.brawlmc.net), using brawlmc.net, and anything you buy from the BrawlMC store. By joining the server you agree to them.

Who we are

BrawlMC is an independent Minecraft server. It is not an official Minecraft service and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. The Minecraft End User License Agreement and the Minecraft Usage Guidelines apply to everyone who plays.

Who can play

• You need your own Minecraft: Java Edition account.
• If you are under the age of digital consent where you live (13 in the US), you need a parent or guardian's permission to play, and a parent or guardian must make any purchase.

Rules and moderation

Everyone has to follow the server rules. Staff can warn, mute, kick or ban players who break them, and can remove stats or rewards gained by cheating or exploiting. You can appeal a punishment through Support.

Your account

You are responsible for everything done on your Minecraft account on BrawlMC. Don't share it, and don't use other accounts to get around a punishment.

Coins, cosmetics and ranks

• Coins, cosmetics, battle pass rewards and ranks only exist on BrawlMC. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold or traded outside the server.
• They are a licence to use the item on BrawlMC, not something you own outside the game.
• Nothing for sale gives an advantage in a fight. We may adjust how cosmetics look or work, but we won't remove a paid item without replacing it with something of similar value.

The open beta

BrawlMC is in open beta. Expect bugs, balance changes and downtime. If something breaks badly we may need to reset stats or progression; we'll announce any reset in advance where we can. Purchased items are never removed by a beta reset.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by our store provider and covered by the Refund Policy. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us gets the account banned until it's resolved.

No guarantees

We run BrawlMC as well as we can, but we can't promise it will always be online, bug-free or around forever. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost progress, downtime or anything that happens because you used the server or the website.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and big changes are announced on the Discord. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
