Refund Policy

Everything in the BrawlMC store is a digital item (ranks, the premium battle pass, coins and cosmetics) delivered to your Minecraft account straight after payment.

All sales are final once delivered

Because items are delivered instantly and can't be returned, purchases are not refundable once they've been delivered to your account. That includes changing your mind, buying for the wrong username, or being banned for breaking the rules. If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, that right still applies.

When we will help

• Your item never arrived. Contact us and we'll deliver it or refund you.
• You were charged twice for the same thing, or charged without receiving anything.

Email [email protected] within 14 days of the purchase, with your Minecraft username and the transaction ID from your receipt.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank or PayPal. Opening a chargeback or dispute gets your account banned from the server and the store until it's resolved. If the dispute is withdrawn or settled, the ban is lifted.

Ranks and the open beta

Ranks are one-time purchases that last as long as BrawlMC runs. Stats or progression resets during the open beta never remove purchased items. If BrawlMC ever shuts down, purchases can't be refunded.
